Dvora Healthcare clinician on a home visit in Salt Lake County, Utah

House Call Doctor Across Salt Lake County

From Bluffdale's open fields to the canyon neighborhoods on the east bench, Dvora Healthcare travels the whole county so patients don't have to. Our clinicians, Dr. Rachael Stubbs, MD and Desirée Eggett, NP, arrive at the door with the tools for a thorough medical visit.

We care for people in private houses, assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities. That is the only place our visits happen. Our Sandy location at 8180 S 700 E is an administrative office, so there is no waiting room to drive to.

Dvora is a physician practice. Home health agencies, hospices, and personal care companies fill different roles, and we don't provide those services. Pick your city below to learn how house calls work in your part of the valley.

Cities We Serve

  • Bluffdale: Horse properties and open fields mean long drives to a clinic; we make the trip instead.

  • Cottonwood Heights: Canyon-mouth neighborhoods where steep driveways and winter snow complicate appointments.

  • Draper: Hillside homes between Corner Canyon and the Traverse Mountains, reached by winding roads.

  • Herriman: A fast-growing city where many grandparents have moved to be near family.

  • Holladay: Big trees, older homes on large lots, and residents who want to stay in the houses they love.

  • Midvale: From historic Main Street to Bingham Junction, care that doesn't depend on finding a ride.

  • Millcreek: Long-time residents from 3300 South to the hillsides of East Millcreek.

  • Murray: Mid-valley neighbors who would rather skip the trip out for routine care.

  • Riverton: A hospital in town, but the drive, parking, and wait still add up for many older adults.

  • Salt Lake City: Downtown parking, stairs, and winter ice are no longer between you and your doctor.

  • Sandy: From Historic Sandy to the Little Cottonwood foothills; our administrative office is here too.

  • South Jordan: Families in Daybreak and along the Jordan River who'd rather not lose an afternoon to a clinic visit.

  • South Salt Lake: Apartments and bungalows between I-15 and 700 East, including residents who rely on transit.

  • Taylorsville: Quiet streets between Redwood Road and Bangerter Highway, home to people who raised families here.

  • West Jordan: Multigenerational households where a trip across Bangerter can eat up a whole afternoon.

  • West Valley City: Utah's second-largest city, where one family car or a long bus ride can stand in the way of care.

What We Offer at Home

  • Mobile Primary Care: Check-ups, new concerns, and medication reviews from a provider who comes to you.

  • Palliative Care: Comfort-focused support for serious illness, offered alongside other treatment.

  • Chronic Care Management: Ongoing tracking of long-term conditions between visits.

  • Transitional Care: Home visits after a hospital or rehab discharge to sort out medications and follow-up.

Service Area FAQ

Which cities does Dvora Healthcare serve?

We make house calls throughout Salt Lake County, including the 16 cities listed on this page. If your town isn't listed, call us and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.

Where do visits take place?

Every visit happens where the patient lives: a private home, an assisted living community, a memory care community, or an independent living community. Our Sandy office at 8180 S 700 E handles administration only and does not see patients.

Is Dvora a home health or hospice provider?

No. Dvora is a mobile physician group led by Dr. Rachael Stubbs, MD, with Desirée Eggett, NP. We provide medical care, not home health, hospice, or personal care services.

How do I request a first visit?

Phone 801-407-9409, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain time, or send a request through our contact page. For emergencies, dial 911.
